Business Development Manager
About IOG
Intelligent Operations Group (IOG) helps energy, LNG, refining, power and industrial organizations run better operations and deliver projects. We bridge the gap between consultants who only recommend and staffing firms who only supply people: our experts design the right solution and stay to deliver it. Based in Brownsville, Texas, IOG works on client sites across the Gulf Coast and remotely, with safety first on every job.
About the role
IOG is hiring a Business Development Manager to grow our client base across energy, LNG, refining, power and industrial operations. You will turn a researched prospect list into meetings, proposals and signed work.
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will own IOG's sales pipeline: identifying the right operators and contractors, starting conversations, booking strategy sessions and working with IOG's leaders to shape proposals for turnaround, project controls, completions, staffing and digital/AI work.
This is a full-time W-2 role with a hybrid schedule and regular travel in Texas to meet clients and attend industry events.
